1. Definitions
“Site” refers to OnlineNotaryPoint and any content available through OnlineNotaryPoint.com. “Services” include notary services, digital information goods, and physical goods. “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity using our site, services, or products.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Notary Services
We provide document witnessing, certification, and related professional services in compliance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Digital Information Goods
Includes electronic guides, templates, and other downloadable materials.
2.3 Physical Goods
Includes printed forms, office supplies, and related merchandise.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
All notary appointments must be booked through our site. You may modify or cancel via the appointment link or by contacting us through our contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are displayed in local currency at the time of booking or purchase. Payment must be made in full before service delivery or product shipping. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Service Transfers
5.1 Notary Services
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, you may receive a refund of fees paid. Cancellations within 24 hours and same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund due to reserved staffing and time allocation. You may request a one-time reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment without additional fees. Refunds are processed to your original method of payment within seven business days.
5.2 Digital Information Goods
Digital goods may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the download link has not been accessed. Once the digital file is accessed or downloaded, the sale is final and no refund will be issued due to the nature of electronic delivery. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within ten business days.
5.3 Physical Goods
You may send back unused and undamaged physical goods to our address within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for shipping costs to send back goods. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within ten business days. Replacement items may be requested by contacting us at our contact form; shipping fees for replacements may apply.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain premium or urgent onsite mobile services are strictly non-refundable once booked, as we allocate resources and personnel exclusively for these appointments. Fees for these services are detailed on the booking page and are final upon confirmation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products are provided “as is” without additional guarantee. We do not warrant the outcome of any notary act, digital material, or merchandise beyond compliance with applicable laws and standard practice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlineNotaryPoint, its officers, staff, and agents are not liable for indirect impacts arising out of services or products provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Singapore.
